Mindfulness @ FriendlyCare at the SM NCR Quarterly Training Managers Meeting

Ms. Tess Panganiban, President of FriendlyCare Foundation, Inc. and Ms. Iris Trinidad, Certified Facilitator of Mindfulness Programs gave a 2 hour Introduction to Mindfulness talk to the SM NCR Quarterly Training Managers Meeting held at SM North Edsa on June 26, 2019.

Tess Panganiban, President of FriendlyCare Foundation, Inc. gave a talk about Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression and Anxiety to over a hundred Guidance Counselors at the 55th National Convention held at FEU Manila Campus on May 17, 2019.
