– Silent Retreat –
We are inviting those who have completed MWSR and MBCT to a silent day of mindful movement, walking and sitting. While spending hours in silence may be daunting to some, these retreats are often a welcome respite and a way to foster stillness in the rush of everyday life.
We have limited slots, please register, this is for free. Come and meditate with us before the holiday rush. On the day itself, please bring bottled water and snacks for yourself.
