FriendlyCare Mindfulness-Based Programs are group sessions for mental health and wellness, designed to guide participants to learn and develop skills to cope with stress, depression and anxiety for self-regulation and resiliency using mindfulness practices and meditations.
FriendlyCare’s Mindfulness-Based Programs are delivered by certified facilitators who had intensive training under the Centre for Mindfulness Studies Toronto.
FriendlyCare has incorporated Mindfulness-Based Programs in its current list of health and wellness program for people in the workplace, schools, and communities. There are hundreds of participants who have already participated in FriendlyCare Mindfulness-Based Programs.
FriendlyCare MBPs include Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Stress Reduction (MWSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
