Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Stress Reduction (MWSR) is a mind and body wellness program designed for those who are prone to occupational stress and anxiety. It follows a four-week group-based mindfulness session with three (3) hour per session. It is designed for beginners with no prior experience with mindfulness meditation but can also be suitable for those with some meditation experience who want to refine their skills.
There are six (6) variants of the MWSR program including the full scale 4-weeks session, 2-day sessions, and one-day or half-day sessions. Client can choose one that will best suit the participants according to their training needs analysis. Contents and schemes may also be customized to fit the specific needs of Client.
