Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Stress Reduction

For everyday stress and anxiety especially in the workplace

Learn strategies to reduce the effect of stress, think clearly and focus when we need to. Join us for 4 Once-a-week sessions of MWSR, the program that has helped many handle daily stressors, become more productive and enjoy life more.

Participants Will Learn
To understand how stress compounds and how to manage it.
To develop resilience and empathy to strengthen team performance.

Who Should Attend
Generally designed for beginners with no prior experience with mindfulness but can also be suitable for those with some meditation experience.

Timing

It follows a four-weekly group-based mindfulness session with three (3) hours per session.
